Company History ‧GWAN HSIAN was founded first in 1988 by Mr. Lin Chien    Hsiang, chairman of board. ‧Building the Cambodia GWAN HSIAN ELECTRIC & WATER    INSTALLATION CO., LTD. and the Factory With Capital USD100,000    in 1999 ‧Building the VIETNAM GWAN HSIAN ELECTRIC ＆    MACHINERYJOIN STOCK COMPANY and the Factory With Capital    USD4,500,000 in 2001. ‧Building the VIETNAM(NORTH) GWAN HSIAN ELECTRIC ＆ MACHINERY    Bac Ninh BRANCH CO., LTD. in 2006. ‧Building the VIETNAM(MIDDLE) GWAN HSIAN ELECTRIC ＆ MACHINERY    Ha Tinh BRANCH CO., LTD. in 2010. GWAN HSIAN was founded first in March of 1988(the 77th year of the Republic of China) by Mr. Lin Chien-Hsiang, chairman of the board, with $60,000 New Taiwan Dollars in capital ( approximately $ 1,900 USD). It began as a partnership, manufacturing high and low woltage switchgears, trading motors and electrical materials. After several years of hard work, the company established a solid reputation with its customers for its high level of quality and workmanship. The corresponding increase in business led to an expansion of the original factory's facilities. As a result, GWAN HSIAN ELECTRIC & MACHINERY CO., LTD. was founded on April 26, 1994, with $ 55,000,000 NT in capital ( approximately $ 1,860,000 USD). As a Grade-A electrical undertake and specialized switchgear plant.    Our production new factory is located at : No. 35, Cheng-Kong 2nd St. , Min-Hsiung Industrial Park, Chia-Yi County, 621 Taiwan. R.O.C. with 3,600 square meters of factory buildings area.   Our business activities actual construct to the rolling mill, papermaking, the water and electricity business of clothing, shoes factory and so on bad many years service experience. Moreover, GWAN HSIAN'S design engineering team has twenty years of experience in above mentioned. GWAN HSIAN company not only has the production factory but also the switchgear box body is manufactured by our production department and then assembly the wiring, the test running by itself. We provide from the plan, the design, the manufacture, the installation, the commissioning, the maintenance and son on a series of service. For supposes the factory in accordance to the Taiwanese        ISO 9001 CERTIFIED            businessman in outside the demand, our company also build  International Quality Warranty  subsidiary company in Cambodia and Vietnam. May provide the local                                                    customer product demand or the technical service as neccessary. Moreover we act for FEMCO lathe in Vietnam, towards the internationalization, the various management make great strides forward.   Our company is devoted to develop international view. We have led the ISO 9001 International Quality Warranty System since September of 1997 and obtained the authentication in July 2, 1998. We obtained the authentication again in June 26, 2009 and  June 18, 2012. We always grasp the quality intention, the technical innovation, the management idea which the customer felt relieved is continuing forever the management.  We endeavored to operating business and were recognized by all social circles.
